Who we are?
The Foundation for Innovation and Action (FIA) is a system support organization working to strengthen public education in India by embedding innovation within government structures. We co-create contextual solutions with frontline actors, pilot them in partnership with local administrations, and build proof for scale and sustainability.
Our current focus areas—Computational Thinking, Social Emotional Learning, and Entrepreneurial Mindset—equip students with future-ready skills.
By mobilizing youth, leveraging community insights, and engaging government stakeholders, FIA aims to institutionalize lasting reforms across the public system.
Our Theory of Change
Upward social mobility - encompassing economic progress and access to opportunities (WHY) - can be achieved if every child is equipped with future-ready skills (WHAT). Focusing on Rajasthan (WHERE) we collaborate with school system actors (WHO) by co-designing solutions and extend support (HOW) to empower 8 million students by 2030.
