Foundation for Innovation and Action (FIA) was born from a shared resolve to return to our roots in Rajasthan and contribute meaningfully to the state’s public education system. Guided by our North Star an education system that paves the way for student’s upward social mobility we work alongside government structures, educators, students and communities to strengthen future readiness in classrooms.

Our first year has been about laying the neev, the foundation building the early blocks of a long-term, system-strengthening journey. We listened, learned, and co-created with stakeholders across Rajasthan to understand the needs on the ground. These foundations shaped our approach, informed our partnerships, and set the direction for PRAGATI, our flagship program on future-ready learning.
