Building Momentum
Foundation for Innovation and Action (FIA) works alongside government, educators, schools and partners towards our North Star: an education system that paves the way for students’ upward social mobility.
This year, our work moved from ideas and foundations to seeing more of it take shape on the ground. Through PRAGATI and our wider partnerships, we began bringing future-ready learning into classrooms while deepening our work with the education system.
This Annual Report captures the year through four questions: How do we move from concept to practice? How do we build with the system? How do we open up possibilities for students? And what does it take to build for the long term?
Building Momentum brings together what moved this year, what we learned along the way, and what we are carrying forward.
Annual Report 2024-2025
Foundation for Innovation and Action (FIA) was born from a shared resolve to return to our roots in Rajasthan and contribute meaningfully to the state’s public education system. Guided by our North Star an education system that paves the way for student’s upward social mobility we work alongside government structures, educators, students and communities to strengthen future readiness in classrooms.
Our first year has been about laying the neev, the foundation building the early blocks of a long-term, system-strengthening journey. We listened, learned, and co-created with stakeholders across Rajasthan to understand the needs on the ground. These foundations shaped our approach, informed our partnerships, and set the direction for PRAGATI, our flagship program on future-ready learning.
This Annual Report presents that beginning: the people who guided us, the systems that trusted us, the early interventions across districts, and the belief that innovation and action must always go hand in hand
