Partner
Partners are co-creators of change. Whether they are from government, philanthropy, academia, civil society, or the private sector, our partners share our vision of reimagining public systems for the underserved. We believe in partnerships rooted in mutual respect, aligned values, and long-term commitment where both strategy and execution are built together.

Volunteer
Volunteers and interns are the heartbeat of our fieldwork. They bring fresh perspectives, deep empathy, and bold energy to our mission. At FIA, internships and volunteer engagements are not filler tasks they are meaningful experiences designed to create impact on the ground while nurturing reflective, responsible changemakers.
To us, a volunteer or intern is not a helper they are a fellow learner and builder.
