About the Role​

The Executive - Curriculum & Training will support FIA in driving the development and delivery of curriculum materials, learning resources and teacher training. The role involves end-to-end ownership of curriculum and training deliverables, working closely with internal teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure outputs are highquality, learner-centered, aligned to learning outcomes and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities​

1) Curriculum & Learning Resource Development

• Own development of curriculum modules and learning resources aligned to program goals and learning outcomes

• Ensure learning content is contextual, learner-friendly and responsive to classroom realities in Rajasthan

• Support development of assessment-aligned resources that help monitor learning progress

2) Teacher Training Design & Enablement

• Support creation and refinement of teacher training content, modules, session plans and facilitation support materials

• Coordinate inputs from educators/SMEs to strengthen training design and relevance

• Support smooth execution of training-related workshops/sprints and ensure timely closure of training outputs

3) SME Coordination & Review Management

• Drive effective coordination with SMEs across creation, review and refinement cycles

• Enable SME contributions through structured briefs, clear expectations and systematic follow-ups

• Ensure feedback is captured, synthesized and integrated efficiently to reduce rework

• Maintain a respectful and dependable collaboration rhythm between SMEs and internal teams

4) Delivery Planning, Tracking & Execution

• Own workplans, timelines, trackers and reporting for curriculum and training workstreams

• Ensure deliverables progress smoothly through review, iteration and approval cycles

• Flag risks early, unblock dependencies and ensure timely delivery of outputs

5) Quality Assurance, Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Ensure curriculum and training outputs meet quality standards on pedagogy, clarity and accuracy • Strengthen processes and templates so curriculum and training development becomes consistent and scalable

• Support continuous improvement in workflows based on implementation feedback
