About the Role​

The Associate – Operations supports smooth, consistent implementation of school-level interventions. You will work closely with schools, teachers and district officials to coordinate activities, maintain quality, and ensure day-to-day execution that enables strong learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities​

• ​Support planning, coordination, and daily implementation in schools.

• Conduct regular school visits to strengthen delivery.

• Ensure quality and consistency across sessions and activities.

• Maintain documentation, reporting and clear communication with teams.

• Support logistics, materials, and on-ground operational needs.

• Build positive working relationships with school teams.

• Share field observations to help teams adapt and improve.
